100% REFUND POLICY
Includes a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if your case is denied after the file processed. This means that if your case is denied, we will first re-file it for no additional legal fees. If the refile is also denied, you will receive 100% of your legal fees back. However, please note USCIS, governmental and third party fees are not refundable and must be paid with every case filing.
Terms and Conditions
- If you have paid for a Money-Back Guarantee plan, you may receive your refund only after US Migration Gateway has re-filed your case and has also responded to any Requests for Evidence (RFE) issues in connection with either filing.
- Note that US Migration Gateway’s legal fees and any government fees are not included with the original filing.
- US Migration Gateway’s costs of responding to an RFE, if one is issued, is not included in the original fee and can range between $0 – $4,000 depending on the complexity of the RFE and other factors.
- You will remain responsible for all government filing fees and any other non-legal fees or costs associated with the re-filing. Such costs are not refundable as part of the Money-Back Guarantee.
- US Migration Gateway reserves the right, in its good-faith judgment, to decline a re-filing request if it determines there is no valid basis to re-file the case. If US Migration Gateway declines your re-filing request, you will be entitled to a refund under the terms of the Money-Back Guarantee policy.
